Pricing & Insurance

Investing in your health is one of the most valuable decisions you can make.

When you prioritize high-quality, personalized care, you not only recover faster but also prevent future injuries, enhance performance, and maintain an active lifestyle. Unlike insurance-based clinics that focus on volume, our patient focused model allows us to provide one-on-one attention, longer treatment sessions, and customized plans tailored specifically to your goals.

Your health is your greatest asset—don’t let insurance limitations dictate your recovery. Take control, invest in yourself, and experience the difference in care that leads to lasting results.

PRICING:

First Appointment: $190, this includes a full evaluation and full treatment and lasts approximately 90 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist

Follow Up Appointments: $145, this lasts approximately 60 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash, check, credit card, and health savings accounts (HSAs).

As an out-of-network provider payment is made at the time of service.

SUBMITTING OUT OF NETWORK CLAIMS:

We make it very easy for you to submit your claims to your insurance company by providing a superbill within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will work with you to answer any questions and provide guidance so that submitting your claims can be as easy as possible.

REIMBURSMENT

Reimbursement from your insurance provider depends entirely on your individual plan. Factors that influence reimbursement are the plans out of network physical therapy benefits, deductible, and max out-of-pocket expenses.

Our clients experience a wide range of reimbursement. Some of our clients are reimbursed close to the total cost of the visit, while others receive partial reimbursement or none at all.

We always recommend looking at your plan or contacting your insurance company to understand reimbursement expectations.

REFERRALS

A Referral is not needed. Maryland is a direct access state meaning you do not need a referral or prescription from a physician. We can serve as an entry point to the health care system.  Depending on your condition we may refer you to another healthcare provider.
