The Benefits Of Going To An Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy Provider

Your health is our top priority.

You get personalized one-on-one care from the same provider for the full length of your appointment and plan of care.

You don’t have to come as frequently because we spend so much one-on-one time with you during your appointment.

You don’t pay any hidden fees. Your cost for health care is completely transparent.

Your care isn’t being dictated by your insurance company which allows us to see you as much or as little as your plan of care requires and perform any treatment that we agree is necessary for your plan of care.

PRICING:

First Appointment: $190, this includes a full evaluation and full treatment and lasts approximately 90 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist

Follow Up Appointments: $145, this lasts approximately 60 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash, check, credit card, and health savings accounts (HSAs).

As an out-of-network provider payment is made at the time of service.

SUBMITTING OUT OF NETWORK CLAIMS:

We make it very easy for you to submit your claims to your insurance company by providing a superbill within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will work with you to answer any questions and provide guidance so that submitting your claims can be as easy as possible.

REIMBURSMENT

Some of our clients that submit their out of network claims get reimbursed close to all of the cost of the visit. Some of our clients get reimbursed a partial amount and some of our clients get reimbursed none of the cost.

It depends entirely on your individual plan’s out of network physical therapy benefits, deductible, and max out-of-pocket expenses.

We always recommend looking at your plan or contacting your insurance company to understand reimbursement expectations.

REFERRALS

A Referral is not needed. Maryland is a direct access state meaning you do not need a referral or prescription from a physician. We can serve as an entry point to the health care system.  Depending on your condition we may refer you to another healthcare provider.
